IBM Certified Used EquipmentTM
When you buy IBM Certified Used Equipment from IBM Global Financing, you know in advance that your satisfaction is assured. You can depend on the buying process to be fast and convenient, and the equipment you receive to be reliable and ready to go.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the equipment you acquire, you may return it to IBM Global Financing to obtain replacement equipment.
For IBM equipment that IBM installs (unless designated as customer set up by IBM) and is either covered by a remaining IBM warranty or an IBM Maintenance Service contract, IBM Global Financing guarantees your complete satisfaction with the quality and the reliability of such unmodified equipment for three months from fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment from our location, in the case of any IBM systems equipment. If you contact IBM Global Financing within the applicable three month period and indicate that you wish to exercise this guarantee, IBM Global Financing will, at its sole option, either replace the equipment with an equivalent machine or refund the purchase price paid.
