Melissa has 20 years of ownership and management experience in companies that focus on sales of hardware, software, and related technology services. She belongs to the National Association of Women Business Owners.

The majority owner of ProActive, Melissa is responsible for the management and control of the company’s finances, key partnerships, contracting, marketing, sales support, and public relations.

Dean has over 32 years of experience in the IT industry, and has assembled a technical team that is considered one of the best in the industry.

His main goals are retaining employees to provide an uninterrupted experience for clients and promoting the independent and personalized nature of ProActive’s business process.

Amy has over 24 years of experience helping companies define and solve their technology challenges. She is an accomplished sales professional with a passion for service and success.

With her expertise and extensive knowledge of the industry, she is responsible for driving business process optimization, team collaboration, and culture development as well as liaising with executive leadership on decisions for operational activities and strategic company goals. 

Amy promotes knowledge of our business and brand recognition by serving as a committee member for WiSTEMM and participating in WBENC events. 

Brian and his team(s) work very closely with Sales to help clients achieve short- and long-term strategic goals by focusing on time to value, market, and business initiatives. He is currently responsible for every facet of Pre-Sales Technical and Hardware Services.

Phil has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry.  After joining ProActive as a consultant, he quickly moved into a technical sales support role and worked his way up from Director to Vice President.

He focuses on working with new suppliers and manufacturers to expand ProActive product offerings and infrastructure solutions.

Terryn has over 13 years of IT channel experience in roles ranging from sales to operations, giving her insight into the distributor and reseller perspective. She coordinates quarterly meetings with manufacturers and distributors that build deeper relationships and drive ongoing education.

Terryn also manages the onboarding of all new manufacturers and distributors and takes joint responsibility for legal contracts and negotiations.

Rex has 34 years of experience working in IT and pioneered the services business at ProActive. 

As a Director, he assists SMBs in solving complex business problems related to technology and manages vendor relationships and portions of the services team. Rex maintains a direct sales relationship with many ProActive clients. He takes pride in making sure clients are taken care of.

Kimberly is a seasoned marketing and event professional with a strong reputation for producing high-end, thoughtful, creative, and meaningful experiences for a wide range of audiences that lead to brand awareness and financial support. She has over a decade of experience in marketing events coordination and management.

John has over a decade of experience in the IT industry.  After joining ProActive as a Solutions Manager in 2021, he quickly moved his way up to our Director of Professional Services and Project Management.

John focuses on all aspects of projects; including capacity planning, resource allocation, project delivery, risk and financial management.  He is skilled in achieving operational efficiency and carefully works to align business goals with technology solutions to help drive process improvements and competitive advantage.  Committed to delivering exceptional results and contributing to the success of the organization.

Brent has over a decade of accounting experience. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
