The majority owner of ProActive, Melissa is responsible for the management and control of the company’s finances, key partnerships, contracting, marketing, sales support, and public relations.

Dean has over 32 years of experience in the IT industry, with 24 of those at ProActive. He has assembled a technical team that is considered one of the best in the industry. His main goals are retaining employees to provide an uninterrupted experience for clients and promoting the independent and personalized nature of ProActive’s business process.
VP IT Strategy
With over 7 years at ProActive, Jesse is a growth-oriented executive offering nearly 20 years of experience leading enterprise-wide transformation and operational improvement programs by leveraging industry-leading technology and business practices. He steers initiatives aimed at structuring, improving, and leveraging emerging technologies to deliver solutions that achieve desired outcomes.
VP Infrastructure Solutions
Phil has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with over 12 of them at ProActive. After joining ProActive as a consultant, he quickly moved into a technical sales support role and worked his way up from Director to Vice President. He focuses on working with new suppliers and manufacturers to expand ProActive product offerings and infrastructure solutions.
Director of Strategic Partnerships
Terryn has over 13 years of IT channel experience in roles ranging from sales to operations, giving her insight into the distributor and reseller perspective. She coordinates quarterly meetings with manufacturers and distributors that build deeper relationships and drive ongoing education. Terryn also manages the onboarding of all new manufacturers and distributors and takes joint responsibility for legal contracts and negotiations.
Director of Software Sales
Rex has 34 years’ experience working in IT, with 17 years at ProActive. He pioneered the services business at ProActive. As a Director, he assists SMBs in solving complex business problems related to technology. He manages vendor relationships and portions of the services team and maintains a direct sales relationship with many ProActive clients. He takes pride in making sure clients are taken care of.
Director of Technical Solutions and Infrastructure Services
Brian and his team(s) work very closely with Sales to help clients achieve short- and long-term strategic goals by focusing on time to value, market, and business initiatives. He is currently responsible for every facet of Pre-Sales Technical and Hardware Services. With more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, from Fortune 10 accounts to local businesses, Brian has a proven track record of success in Enterprise and SMB environments. Director of Marketing and Events
Kimberly is a seasoned marketing and event professional with a strong reputation for producing high-end, thoughtful, creative, and meaningful experiences for a wide range of audiences that lead to brand awareness and financial support. She has over a decade of experience in marketing events coordination and management.
Brent has over a decade of accounting experience. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. His strengths are in enhancing productivity and optimizing collections as well as onboarding new accounting technologies.
